Decks 2.9.6 — review cards fit their content

• Card faces no longer reserve a fixed 250px each. A front and back together now come to about 286px instead of 588, so most cards no longer start with a scroll.
• Content keeps an 8px gap from the undo, copy and notes buttons at every window size. The narrow layouts previously left less room than those buttons occupy.
• A card shorter than the pane is centred instead of pinned to the top.
• Long cards are unchanged: the face grows and the pane scrolls.
• Applies to review, cram and browse, in both the modal and the tab.
