We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).

The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform ceased operations on 20 July 2025 and is therefore no longer available.

DecksMD Pro subscriptions are sold through Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC) acting as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy is your contractual counterparty for the purchase and handles payment processing, invoicing and VAT. See our Terms of Service and Withdrawal and Refunds for details.
