Header level & breadcrumbs

The header level is configurable per profile (H2 by default). Headings above the configured level aren’t turned into cards — instead they’re kept as a breadcrumb path attached to each card for context, for example:

Chapter 1 › Section 2

This lets you keep a normal document outline while only the deepest headings become cards.

Adding notes (hints / mnemonics)

You can attach an optional note to a header-paragraph card in two ways:

• An Obsidian comment anywhere in the body: %%a hint or mnemonic%%
• Text placed after a --- divider at the end of the body.

Notes are hidden during review and shown on demand when you press N — the same as the tables notes column.
