Statistics

DecksMD tracks your full review history locally and turns it into a set of statistics views so you can see how your studying is going.

What’s available

Section titled “What’s available”
  • Heatmap — a GitHub-style activity grid of reviews per day.
  • Retention rate — how often you actually recalled cards, compared against your retention target.
  • Future-due forecast — how many cards are coming due over the next days and weeks, so there are no surprise pile-ups.
  • Interval distribution — how your cards are spread across short and long intervals.
  • Hourly breakdown — which times of day you review most.
  • Answer-button stats — the split of Again / Hard / Good / Easy ratings.

All of this is computed from the local database — see Multi-device sync for how that history travels between your devices.
